Rami was born and raised in Moshav Patish, in the south of Israel.
His family raised cows and the abundance of milk his mother made homemade cheeses which he loved very much and whose taste he remembers to this day.
As a child he dreamed of making ice cream from cows’ milk. He fulfilled his dream 3 years ago, traveled to Italy and learned to make fine ice cream.
The ice cream is made in a special kitchen in Rami’s house, with a lot of love, passion and passion.
Rami invests the most attention and makes sure to use natural and high-quality ingredients in order to guarantee a fine and tasty product.
The secret of ‘gelato’ ice cream is that it has high quality ingredients and less fat, less sugar and less air compared to other ice creams. On the menu you will find milk-based ice creams alongside (vegan) sorbet ice creams.
